Fra flommen i 1927. Sein vår og nedbør gjorde juni våt i Skien. Bildet er tatt nederst på rådhusplassen. Fiskhallen (med buet tak) og Skiens Aktiemølle (med hvite søyler) kan ses i høyre kant av bildet.

Skien June 1927. Late spring and much rain caused the water to rise. My grandmother still remembers this June with horror. The picture is taken at the place in front of the City Hall. The fish market (curved roof) and the mill (white columns) can be seen at the right side.
